I understand everyone is short staffed, but that does not mean staff should be rude to customers. Also when I was there I watched staff not answer the phone when it rang while two employees where...

They are very slow at getting orders done and done get their orders done on time, currently there are 3 of us waiting to get our orders and they say that it is not working properly.
