Diggers Rest Coffeehouse & Roaster

History

Phillip and Mary Eves established Diggers Rest Coffeehouse and Roaster in the late nineties and it has developed into a very successful local business in Burlington, Iowa. Noina Workman is now co-owner, while Phillip and Mary Eves are still primary owners of the Coffeehouse. We welcome everyone to come downtown and share wonderful coffee and tea that we specialize in.

Specialties

We specialize in imported coffee and tea, while also preparing lunch and breakfast. Each Wednesday we have Thai food that Noina prepares. We also have a variety of lunch and breakfast that varies from quiche to chicken wraps. Prices are very reasonable, while the environment is unique and hospitable.
