History
The Thirsty Camel Supper Club was established in the 1970's by Freddy & Norma Everett. Since it's original opening the Camel has been ran by several different people over the years. In 2009 we had the opportunity to lease it until it burned down in November of that same year. We decided to purchase the land and rebuild on the original foundation, which is located in the middle of a corn field, and in September of 2010 we reopened the Thirsty Camel!

My wife and I enjoy coming here. Always friendly service and good food. Well worth the 45 minutes drive for us. I especially like the catfish. We like to introduce friends and cousins to this...

Big building and big portions. The catfish, prime rib, and wings are my go to's. The fries are always crispy and the help is friendly and eager to assist. A great meal in an underrated spot....

We have eaten there twice and both trips were really good. First time it was prime rib and the second was catfish. From steaks to shrimp the food looked great. Both meals were huge on portions...
