Great ice cream but I did a online pick up and they did everybody in the lobby first and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for mine to be done to finally be served and able to leave

No issues. It was an easy and fast in and out type of transaction. They make everything right in front of you, so it's kind of hard to mess that up.

Hadn't been here in a long time. No line. Quick, friendly service. Didn't get shorted on toppings. Made my son's birthday even better.
