February 2, 2013 was the date I opened the door to my Licensed Home Bakery. I like to focus on each customer as an individual and prepare their order just for them. There for, I never have anything made up on site.

Specialties

I make cakes,cupcakes,brownies,breads,biscuits,rolls,pies,cheesecakes,Mini Cannoli's, Large chocolate dipped Cannoli's and cookies. Since each person is special to me, I take the time to make each order individually. I never have anything made and just sitting around to be sold. That to me is just a waste of food.
