The menu states 'fresh baked' pastries. They're not. They took it out of a plastic package and tossed it in the microwave. Everything is trying so hard to look like Starbucks, it's depressing....

My sandwich came in a sealed bag that was heated in the microwave. Probably one of the worst sandwiches I have had from somewhere.
