dSt. Francis Manor, founded in 2003, is a nonprofit community that offers skilled nursing services to patients. It is a 78-bed facility that provides a wide range of services, such as medication administration, health information, nutritional meals and therapeutic diets. The services offered by the organization also include physical education, emergency treatment, medical assistance, and medical and health care services. St. Francis Manor offers a variety of rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational and speech therapies. The organization also organizes a variety of cultural events and recreational activities, such as exercise, shopping, jogging and walking. St. Francis Manor is located in Grinnell, Iowa.
