We are open (appointment recommended)!Following recommendations from local officials, the RME offices where the museum is located is moving to being open by appointment. Upon consulting with our partners at the RME, we do not require appointments made in advance to enter the museum, but the offices may not be open at their regular hours throughout the week. To make sure the museum is open, please contact us at 563-326-1333 Ext. 114 or email us at contactbixmuseum@gmail.com prior to coming to the museum or to schedule a time to come. We ask that while in the RME and the museum itself, please practice safe distancing to help slow the spread. The Bix Museum also offers small group or individual tours of the museum upon request, especially on select Saturdays.
