It offers a retirement community that caters to independent seniors. Its residents of congregate living reside in private apartment complexes and it also provides meal services to the residents. The center offers long-term care through 24 hour nursing services. It provides its care services through trained and licensed nursing staff. It organizes various entertaining activities for the residents as well. Sioux Valley Fellowship Village also operates a medical clinic.

Loring Hospital, in Sac City, Iowa, is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, serving the health care needs throughout Sac County and the bordering Iowa counties. The hospital s services include cardiac rehab, emergency services, Loring Family Hospice, home health care, laboratory, pharmacy, outpatient services, physical therapy and rehab, surgical services and an independent senior living facility, among others.
