Balance Autism

The Homestead s mission is to develop innovative solutions for people with autism, provides training and supports for people with autism and helps others understand autism and better solutions for people with autism through education and consultation. A nonprofit organization, The Homestead provides services, such as campus-based programs, community based programs, summer day camp, case management, academic achievement program and youth based program. The Homestead includes a licensed intermediate-care facility for the mentally retarded and receives funds through federal, state and county tax dollars. The Homestead is located in Runnells, Iowa.
