They have a chronic issue with service calls. I don't know how many times I have scheduled a call, worked my day around a specific time, for them not to show. The latest one was today, for a 10am...

Waited over 5 hours for the repair shop to call to schedule service. No call! No explanation , just a recording to leave a message.

I called twice 5 days apart and both times the nice receptionist said someone would return my calls with scheduling. Never happened. The sticker is coming off of my door.
