St Joseph Villa Nursing & Rehabilitation continues the grand tradition of excellence in nursing and rehabilitation services established by the Delmar Gardens Family in 1965. ​The physical and emotional well-being of our residents is, of course, the paramount feature of our care at Delmar Gardens. That's why we retain a Medical Director who is on call around the clock, plus a full staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nurses Aides. Our certified recreational therapists take pride in their ability to find new and unique activities for our residents to enjoy.

Alegent Health Home Care, a part of Alegent Health, provides hospice, palliative care and bereavement services. It offers adult immunization, blood pressure screening, senior health assessment and disease management solutions. Alegent Health is one the largest nonprofit, faith-based health care systems in Nebraska and southwestern Iowa. It has more than five acute care hospitals and a staff of over 9,000 individuals. Founded in 1996, the center also provides women's and children's services, as well as primary care, wellness counseling and cardiovascular solutions. Alegent Health additionally organizes parenting classes and events.
