Ethon is an amazing coach; I've been training with him for years. You'll work hard as all get out, but never beyond your actual limits (as opposed to what you think your limits are).

The owners and members are down to earth and VERY helpful. They want to see you improve! After a few weeks I could feel myself getting stronger and adapting to each workout.
