History

Although our brand new home business dog care facility opened in December 2015, our staff has over 15 years of experience working with dogs in daycare, dog-sitting, dog-walking, and veterinary hospital settings. We've spend 4 years carefully researching and planning our facility to be dog-safe, easily disinfected, and comfortable for our doggie patrons. Adam & Tina's families have worked together to complete the construction of our facility, so everything from the walls to the floors are made with love! We are lifetime dog owners and enthusiasts, currently with 6 resident dogs (3 small, 3 big) who are ready to play, so there is always a crowd to entertain your doggie!

Puppy Love is North Liberty's ultimate social hub for dogs, offering canines a unique place to play with friends in the freedom of nature with real grass yards and views of scenic country landscapes. Puppy Love is the only dog care facility in the area to feature heated flooring, plus we have the area's only small dog play yard with overhead predator protection netting to keep your puppies and small dogs safe from hungry birds of prey. We also go above and beyond with our underground dig-prevention fencing, 16 camera security system, double-gated entryways, purified air, a backup generator, staff certified in Pet CPR/First Aid, an emergency transport vehicle, and a basement storm shelter. There are separate facilities for small dogs to ensure your dog has size-appropriate play mates, and doggie doors allow for free access between the indoors and outdoors. We have the area's best rates for daycare, as well as overnight boarding with our unique solution to traditional kenneling. Instead of being caged in an uncomfortable boarding facility overnight, kept awake by barking home-sick dogs, your pup can can enjoy the benefits of socialization during daylight hours and then be brought home to get a quiet night's sleep in the comfort of their own home. We also offer extras such as shuttle transportation, custom wool pet toys, nail trims, paw cleaning, exit baths, and tooth brushing!
