Dr. Jeff Lowery specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of women with complex benign and malignant gynecologic diseases. He has a special interest in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. Dr. Lowery serves as the Medical Director of Gynecologic Cancer Care for Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center. Prior to joining Community MD Anderson, Dr. Lowery was caring for gynecologic patients at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. He served as associate program director of gynecologic oncology fellowship program at Walter Reed, as well as director of robotic surgery. He previously served as a battalion surgeon in Ghazni, Afghanistan. He is a member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In his spare time, Dr. Lowery he enjoys golf, fishing, and traveling with his wife and children.

Prior to joining Community Health Network, Dr. Cardinal was an associate professor and director of hepatobiliary surgical services in the division of surgical oncology at West Virginia University where he also served as the program director for the general surgery residency. Jon Cardinal, MD, received a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from Duquesne University. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University. He completed a general surgery internship/residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and also completed a research fellowship. Dr. Cardinal is a member of the American Board of Surgery and Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association. In his spare time, Dr. Cardinal enjoys spending time with his wife, children and dogs. He and his family enjoy traveling as well as visiting with family and friends in Pittsburgh.
