Love this doctor but hate the location. Thankfully I have a good friend that can drive me. Today I've waited longer than I ever have but this is by far the best eye dr and surgeon I have ever used.

I want to put it out there, up front: as far as I can tell, the medical care at Whitson is highly competent. My "mehh" review is a result of the decline in warm and personalized customer service...

They've listened to feedback regarding the checkin kiosks as the are no longer using them. Resorting back to the traditional checkin with front desk and better customer service.
