Ordered at 5:15 pm and still haven't received my ordered . Called the store 3 times and got hung up on ! Where is My refund?

First time coming here after passing this place up plenty of times in Indianapolis. It's a solid location though I wasn't a fan that they were out of certain food items so early in the morning....

They are amazing and nice and food fresh and tea is sweet too I love it and they are very good and I love chicken rings
