The food was good, hot and fast! The store was clean and the staff was helpful (the ketchup was acting up) they were mopping and had signs out for safety and the bathrooms were fresh! Even stopped...

Horrible service on Sunday around 6/6:30. Line at the drive thru was long & not moving at all. Waited over 5 minutes for an order to be taken for the car before me. Decided it would be faster...

So many things that were poor. The ice machine on the soft drink machine wasn't working & the soft drinks were warm. Ordered a Junior Baconator, opening up the wrapper, the upper bun was shining...

I don't know what is worse, the food, the service, or the fact that the app that they all use is a trainwreck!!! I realize that it is fast-food, but it doesn't even seem like they try!!!
