They have the worst customer service. They use any excuse not to pick up the trash or, too hot too cold too much snow. My neighbor had best way. They always pick up. Guess it's time for a change....

I cannot even give a rating unless minus 0. Since Rays sold out to Waste Management it has been terrible. I gave them grace due to a billing conversion but now I do not understand the 4th of July...
