Since this facility has been taken over by new management and refurbished, I decided to check it out for myself: Improvements ARE phenomenal. I would recommend anyone to see for themselves. :)

This so called long term care facility is on the National Watch list according to the US Dept for Health and Human services and CMS, for causing actual bodily harm to a patient. A Family member...
