Warrick County Sheriff Department is comprised of the motor patrol division, K-9, investigations, jail, dispatch, records department and neighborhood watch program. The motor patrol division is the most visible unit at the Sheriff's Office. The division is responsible for traffic enforcement, report taking and generally solving problems for the residents of Warrick County, Ind. The dispatch center is responsible for dispatching nearly 10 fire departments, ambulances and nearly 5 police agencies, consisting of about 65 officers. Dispatch has to insure that the correct agency is sent to the needed location. A correct address must be provided and as much information as possible supplied to the responding personnel prior to their arrival. Warrick County Sheriff Department is located in Boonville, Ind.
