The Virginia B. Fairbanks Art & Nature Park is a 100-acre rural oasis located in the heart of Indianapolis, dedicated to public interaction, experimentation, and community engagement. Featuring a 35-acre lake, diverse woodlands, wetlands, and the largest native pollinator meadow in Indianapolis, the park serves as a living sculpture park that presents vibrant new artworks for visitors to enjoy.

Funded by the lead gift from the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation, the park has evolved since 1972 and continues to enhance the visitor experience with innovative outdoor art installations like the new Home Again Exhibition. The park's commitment to contemporary art is further supported by contributions from patrons like Kent Hawryluk, which ensure the ongoing commission of large-scale sculptures and dynamic artistic programming.
