This was very hard for me. I really don't like needles and shots! I walked in the door and told them I needed someone who will be gentle with me. So why did I go??? I kept hearing my co worker...

Everyone here is very caring and attentive during the process! Highly recommend this location. Donating blood / plasma / platelets TRULY IS the gift that keeps giving!!!!

Very friendly staff. Easy to donate blood. Now called Versiti Blood Center. I did double red blood cell donate. Will go back to them again
