Giverny Fitness Studio

Giverny ( juh-ver-nee ) is Claude Monet's house and garden in France that inspired him to produce his magnificent paintings. We hope that Giverny Fitness Studio will inspire you to do something magnificent with your life! Facility Our studio is located in a newly renovated, 100-year-old building in downtown Warsaw, Indiana. We offer Group Fitness Classes in three separate studio rooms. The Water Lily Room is for Zumba and other cardio classes. Strength training and toning classes are in the Garden Room, and mind/body classes are in the Bridge Room. Personal Coach Personal Trainer Service is on the first floor of the studio, featuring name-brand equipment and personalized fitness programs. kelly@givernyfitness.com Kelly has a BS in Health & Applied Sciences and Secondary Education Certification from Indiana University. She has an MS in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. Kelly is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a YMCA Certified Group Exercise and Pilates Instructor/Trainer, and a Level 2 Zumba Instructor. Kelly wants to share her passion for the change that exercise can bring to people's lives. Jim is an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Instructor and a Certified Fitness Specialist. He has coached track and cross country in middle schools and high schools for many years. Jim owned Shipshape Fitness Center and Personal Coach Fitness Center. Fitour Certified Group Exercise Instructor. I love to teach Body Sculpt and have been attending classes for over a year. I found Body Sculpt to aid in the pain management process, especially for lower back and shoulder pain. I am excited to help shape your muscles an d to help you become a fitter you.
