Fort Wayne's first farm to table restaurant located in historic downtown Fort Wayne at the beginning of The Landing. We are a small chef owned/operated establishment with 20 tables that brings an upscale casual twist to Fort Wayne with "fine dining" dishes but without the white table cloths. We focus on bringing the best locally grown produce within a days of drive along with locally raised beef, pork, duck & chicken with a focus on sustainable seafood & agriculture. Tolon includes a full bar services that features classic cocktails using only the best Midwest based distilled spirits. We encourage reservations especially for larger parties of 6 or more.

My husband and I ate here while traveling to Anderson In for a concert. It was delicious! Highly recommend!
