I am a picky person when it comes to watching a movie I like only 7.2 surround crisp, clear and loud on a 4k tv otherwise I won't even consider to watch it the first time I was shocked the seats...

Absolutely the BEST theater around. Seats are rocker/recliner style. Very comfortable and roomy. Drink holders. Concession stand is VERY reasonably priced and everything is very tasty....
