History

The Magic Bus opened up in Broad Ripple on a house in Ferguson St. It was originally 3 partners; Jennifer who went on to form High On The Hill, Tee who went on to form The Tee Pot, and Steve who built up The Magic Bus. Jennifer sold her share early and Steve and Tee ran the business together. Their partnership soured after a few years and Steve kept the name and half the inventory and Tee kept the location and half the inventory. The Magic Bus moved to its current location in fall of '02 or spring of '03. Steve ran the business until 2012 until he sold it to Matt and Rod. Matt has a glass blowing studio in Chicago and Rod operates Wishbone Gifts, Inc, in Muncie. The new owners hope to continue the tradition of purveying quality glass from local, regional, and West Coast glass blowers.
