The Charlie Horse is located inside Electric Works in Fort Wayne, right in the middle of the Union Street Market. This is pretty much the place to get a drink in the market, so you can imagine...

Had drinks here with a friend and had a great time. There happened to be a trivia night happening while we were there which we joined (just need to have a smart phone, it's all done with an app)...

went to bikes in bricks at electric works.!sat at the bar and was ignored for 30 min and never got drinks. the bartender heard us ask for drinks multiple times.
