Literally...no, just no. They never answer the phone, especially in the beginning of the day even though the office is open. Also their communication could be improved.

They don't answer there phones. They won't release your records until your bill is paid in full so they can charge you a $70 fee for a therapy appointment to tell you the results.not to mention...
