Woman that answered the phone was very rude. Ridiculous customer service. I just called to get info on new tires. Definitely won't be going there. Waited on hold for 5 min before.

AWFUL! do not believe them when they say you have tire rot. i absolutely cannot stand them, they have no transparency and will not trust that you know what youre doing. they WILL talk down to...

Employee yelled twice at me because I was going upstairs and did not know it was "Employee's Only" la de da. Mark the area off w/ a plastic chain or a velvet rope God knows that can afford it....
