History
My products are made from the absolute best ingredients that I can find. I believe in quality over quantity. Good bread is something that cannot be rushed. I take my time with everything and it shows in my food.
Specialties
Organic breads, the greatest cookies in the universe, custom orders, etc. I make the best chocolate chip cookie in the entire known universe. I do not have a store front. I sell primarily at the Muncie Maker's Market, from 4 to 7 pm on Saturdays, which is located in the lot outside of Books and Brews on White River Blvd. You can also find me at Madjax Muncie every First Thursday of each month. Legitimately great bread. I bought a boule from The Bearded Baker at the winter Fishers Farmers Market one Saturday, then took it home, cut it up and made grilled cheese sandwiches for my family....

Under cooked mussy. Apple fritters none looked like apple Danish without the Danish. 30+ dollars ate two gave the rest to birds. Will never purchase from them again and will tell others disappointed.
