Dr. Ty is great but his staff is not. Takes for ever to get perspiration called in and called in correctly. Insulin with no needles don't work.

The worse admin. staff around. Dr. Ty is great but his staff and getting an appointment is unreal. Today May 20, 2022. I called to change an appointment. I was number one on hold for 37 minutes....
