The previous manager was amazing. The two employees I encountered on this visit were not helpful and acted like they had better things to do. Go elsewhere for your Verizon needs.

Very rude customer service. I purchase one of their lifetime guaranteed screen protectors. Was told if it breaks no problem bring it in and they'll put a new one on. Well guess what mine broke...

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY THEY LIE !!!!! said they where going to give us free chargers, phone cover and screen protectors lie lie lie .. They charged us over 700.00 they tell you its for sign up fees...
