The other reviews are correct. They do not return calls. THey are prompt to collect but they will tell you that they don't have to be nice.

I worked with Justin on clearing up my delinquent account and he was fantastic! He answered all my questions and was extremely professional. He is new to the firm but he will be a great asset....

I agree with everyone else that posted on here - if you want to settle your account and honestly try to reach them to pay, they NEVER call back in 24 hours, instead, it's their cue to file...
