Cook couldn't even put down his phone when making the order. No one was at the register, she was sitting in a booth on her phone. Floors were sticky as well. No napkins in the lobby.

The customer service from the cashier was just trash. She was acting as if I was bothering her with my questions while ordering with the response of "IDK" everytime.

What kind of national restaurant chain can't hire competent management to at least stock enough lettuce? I'm not going to place any blame on the kid working that evening, because he's only as good...
