For starters, a "Cold Cut Trio" is supposed to be COLD. Whoever is working right now is literally the most ignorant people I've seen yet. This crew cannot take orders or follow simple directions....

Toasted my sandwich when instructed not to. As well as toasting cold meat. This is by far my worst experience at this specific subway, and those women should get fired
