We made a mistake and ordered two sandwiches for pickup at the 12 hour. When we arrived the sandwiches were not started. The two young men working could not have been nicer considering the stress...

I can't even give it ONE star ... AND she threatened to call the cops on me!!! This could've turned out really badly and all I wanted was my sandwich to be toasted and to put black olives on it....

I must have got lucky the first time I went. never again! stay far away. I ordered online and went to pick up my order when the app said it was ready.. the guy working there didn't even know that...

The place is not very clean, the workers are slow, and you need to give them a 24 hour notice if you want them to make a party platter, which is 10 sandwiches cut in thirds... they need a 24 hour...

THE WORST STAFF EVER The terrible part about it is that I work nearby and I pick up subs here often...and almost every time the service is horrendous and embarassing, all my co-workers agree!...
