Lowering just a tad because the trash situation is ridiculous. To see trash bags pilled sky high was ridiculous and embarrassing when having friends over. Makes it look like u live in a dump....

Just moved here closet space is not all that great. And parking is horrible and you have to drive to throw away your trash and get your mail. The walls are so thin you can hear everything bad...
