Steak n Shake isn't known for speed. If you want speed go to McDonald's. But the food is good. The service at this location was good too.

Staff more interested in having fun than making shakes. When we ordered the drive through attendant kept cutting us off saying "Is that it? Is that it?" After we paid we were told to pull forward...

When through the drive thru. What you can not make the Double Chocolate Fudge Shake now??? They did it for me last time. So I got the Nutella shake. Can you tell which one is which?? I can not....
