Got the butter steak burger and had to remove these old dried onions... so disgusting. Steak n Shakes food quality has downgraded in the past 3 years.... So sad.

Steak and Shake sure has gone to crap. This particular location is especially bad. Personally, I do NOT like the whole idea of putting in my own food order and scanning a ticket to get my own...
