No sure why the reviews are so low on here. My husband and I go here often and the food is always hot and delicious. I've never been to a better Steak 'n Shake.

Wow, I can see why they didn't have sick care for such a long time. I ordered a hotdog with mustard no ketchup I got a hotdog with ketchup. I've been sitting here for 10 minutes waiting for them...

I was so excited about coming to Steak n' Shake. The service was good, staff was friendly but the food was subpar and they forgot my moms coffee. So sad how this place of nostalgia has gone down...

Food is always delicious and not nasty ever I love that place. So many choices too. I highly recommend that you should go.
