Terrible service. The worst we have ever seen at any Starbucks location. Took a half hour for two simple drinks.

Waited in line for over 20 mins for one drink and there was 1 car in the drive threw in front of me. Arrived at 6:07pm and didn't leave until 6:30pm. I thought 20 mins would be plenty of time...

Terrible service paid for extras for a drink and they didn't make it how i asked when i told them at the window they laughed and proceeded to loaded with caramel and the window lady came back...

What a joke. This business Customer Service is the worst of all the locations in Louisville/Southern Indiana has to offer. At $8.00 for a cup of Coffee, they should be bringing it to my car....
