Starbucks

I have never had issues with this Starbucks. They always get my beverage order correct, and the baristas are a joy to talk to. I appreciate their speedy service.

When a customer orders a "Shaken Black Iced Tea", SHAKE IT. Not a tough concept. It's right in the name. It has two ingredients, tea and water. Then shake. PLEASE!

ive been sitting in line and already ordered for 20mins!!! im late bc of these people!!! and no way to get out of the line!

Screw up again. Asked for large cafe latte with 1 shot cinnamon syrup and cinnamon topping. No topping but 5 shots syrup. I just don't understand why they don't listen

Customer service has been very poor multiple times that I have come here. Staff are very rude when they don't listen and get an order wrong. I understand it is stressful when shifts are busy, but...
