St Charles School

Founded in 1923, St. Charles Catholic School is a Roman Catholic private school. The school is one of the elementary schools selected as the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. St. Charles Catholic School s basic curriculum includes religious studies, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies and computer science. Additionally, the school offers arts and music courses for students in kindergarten through sixth grade. In addition, it conducts classes in a variety of elective courses for students in grades five through eight. The school also offers an after-school care program to students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Its students participate in standardized achievement tests, including the Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress. St. Charles Catholic School is located in Bloomington, Ind.
