Like said by others mostly permanent or seasonal campers they have a few weekend spots the people are friendly they allow golf carts and they have a nice fishing pond (no boats)

We had a good spot. Lots of full timers. The staff was super nice. Not much to do at the campground, unless you like to fish. But, we just really needed a place to set up, cook dinner and sleep...
