Home Health Care Services, also known as HHCS, is a Medicare-certified home care agency that serves senior citizens and individuals with Alzheimer's disease. The agency has been providing case management, wellness and homemaker services since 1984. It has a staff of nurses, personal assistants and homemaker companions that offers in-home skilled nursing, respite care and medication management services. Home Health Care Services provides assistance with meal preparation, laundry and housekeeping activities. The agency also develops home health agencies and ambulatory clinics. It maintains offices in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland and Tennessee. With a location in Indianapolis, Home Health Care Services is a division of Life Care Home Health Services Corporation, which is one of the leading developers and managers of senior care communities in the United States.

My professional journey started at the Indiana University School of Nursing. I graduated in 2007 and started my work as a registered nurse at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. I worked on the Solid Organ Transplant unit until I earned a masters degree in nursing and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013. I went on to work at St. Vincent's Center for Healthy Aging with wonderful and amazing physicians, Drs. Pat and Diane Healey. I quickly felt that I needed to be helping people avoid the nursing home and I wanted to learn integrative preventative medicine and this led to me to Excell for Life where I learned functional medicine.
