Slate Mountain, LLC

The Slate Mountain Wind Project is situated on private timberland in northeastern California, approximately 30 miles north of Susanville in Lassen County. Since September 2011, the project has utilized met towers to gather data, confirming the presence of commercially viable wind resources.

As of February 2020, comprehensive analysis of the meteorological data indicates the potential for more than 100 turbine sites within the project area. This data has been meticulously collected and evaluated by ArcVera Renewables, based in Golden, Colorado.
