Seeds and Greens is an independently owned local grocery and cafe selling organic natural foods and supplements. The cafe serves fresh healthy food items such as, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, paninis, bean burgers, quinoa dishes, daily specials, beer, wine and coffee drinks. Prices range from $6 to $9 for a sandwich with a side. Besides dishes for the carnivores we also have vegan, vegetarian, keto and gluten-free options. Seating for 50 inside or dine in our beautiful outdoor seasonal garden area or carry-out.
