History

Indianapolis' Cupcake Girl's great great great Aunt Pippa Scout in 1898 sailed on a ship to the great continent of North America with less than $10 in her pocket. What she lacked in money, she made up for with a great sense of humor and great cupcake recipes known the land over in the countyside of Buckinghamshire and the province of Beaconsfield, England. Pippa Scout, and her sea sick husband Jack, eventually made land in the New England part of the United States. Setting up home there, was just the beginning of many years of great baking that she passed on from generation to generation, God rest her soul. So today, with pride and family secret recipes, Scout's shares with you the most amazing cupcakes over 100 years old. Scout's Cupcakes will make you feel great !

Scout's Treat Truck (her name is Pippa) is Indy's first and original mobile cupcake truck serving Indianapolis and the metro areas with Cupcakes from scratch, Gourmet Cookies, Ice Cream, Specialty Drinks, Candy, Chips, and more. Your peeps come out and shop our treats with Pippa, our pink truck. Each peep pays individually or the boss buys for all (Wahoo!). Pippa will bring the cupcake flavors of the day and all of her other yummy treats. We even have a mascot (for real, but it costs a little more. Her name is Lil' Pippa and she is a walking cupcake that delivers telegrams or cupcakes.
