Saima Butt, MD - Community Physician Network, Family Medicine Care

Kelsey Kennedy, DO, earned her medical degree at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a professional society for family doctors. Her areas of interest are women’s health and integrative medicine. Dr. Kennedy enjoys spending time with her family, friends and husband. She enjoys traveling, hiking, going to concerts, and hanging out with her dog, Peaches.

Dr. Ratnayake was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana. He graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in electrical and computer engineering and earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital and Health Center before joining Community Health Network in 2010. As a board-certified family physician, Dr. Ratnayake enjoys treating patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. He looks forward to creating lasting patient-physician partnerships focused on healthy living. Dr. Ratnayake's favorite leisure time activities are playing the piano and swimming.

Dr. Rashmin Adesara earned his medical degree at B. J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India and completed his family medicine residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Adesara came to Community Physician Network from Collinsville, Illinois, where he practiced family medicine and wound care for five years. Dr. Adesara is board certified and accepting patients of all ages. As a family medicine physician, Dr. Adesara has a special interest in diabetes, weight loss, well child visits and wound care. In his free time, Dr. Adesara enjoys football, cricket, music, traveling and spending time with his family.
